Strategic Plan 2009-2013

On August 21, 2008 the Strategic Planning Committee began the process of writing the 2009-2013 Strategic Plan for Quivira Council.  The Executive Board unanimously passed the plan at the December 2008 board meeting.  The preparation of this broad-reaching plan included Scouting volunteers, industry experts and community advocates  from all over the Council.  

To that end, it is an exciting time for the Quivira Council as we have developed our play book and it will serve as the road map for the next five years and beyond.  This plan will tell us what we should do and, perhaps more importantly, what we shouldn't do.  It provides a clear vision of the direction that we will take and an even clearer vision of the directions we will not take.
