Unit Re-Chartering Process

Click here to begin your Re-Chartering. 

 Upon completion of the online portion of your Unit Recharter Renewal, please do the following to complete your Unit Recharter:

  1. Print the Charter Renewal Report Package (after Stage “5. Submit Roster”)
  2. Obtain the appropriate signatures for the renewal application (Executive Officer and Unit Leader)
  3. Attach completed/signed new member applications (Youth and Adults)
  4. Attach appropriate fees for Rechartering (Preferably Unit Check)
  5. Lastly, mail or deliver your completed recharter to the Scout Service Center (You may also deliver to your District Executive)
