$100 Deposit due Thursday April 19, 2012
$355 payment due Wednesday, September 19, 2012
$355 payment due Tuesday, Febrary 19, 2013
Additional costs for transportation and meal costs (during travel) will be determined by each crew. Two trail-ready t-shirts will be provided to each participant.
Priority will be given to youth and adults from Quivira Council; members of other councils are welcome to participate in open positions. Priority will also be given to those who have never been to Philmont, or at least not in the previous two years. Participants may be individual youth and adults, or several youth and adults from one unit. Members from one unit may be divided among two or more crews.
* This deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another person. Deposits will be refunded to those persons not selected in the available positions.
