Awareness Camp

Awareness Camp is designed to give inner city youth their first experience in the outdoors.  Traditional Scouting activities such as archery, bb guns, swimming, citizenship and outdoor summer fun is offered in partnership with local law enforcement officers.  

Any boy going into first, second, third or fourth grade who has not attended Awareness Camp before and lives in the Wichita metro area is eligible to attend.  For more information or to sign up please contact Alan Lepard at (316) 491-2225 or by email -  alan.lepard@scouting.org.
