Q: Can I use the same email address to create two online accounts? A: No, at this time, Scout, leader and council accounts must be created with separate email addresses.
Q: How long does it take for orders to appear in my online sales history? A: Online orders will not report in your online sales history until they have shipped, which can take up to three business days.
