What is Roundtable?
Similar to King Arthur's Roundtable, our monthly district get together provides Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and Venturing leaders an opportunity to share ideas with leaders from other units. The commissioner's roundtable staff provides information on upcoming events and activities, present program help topics, and supplement training. The district training staff offers basic and specific adult leader training courses designed to improve leader knowledge and unit program operation. Roundtable is a source of continuing information.
Roundtable is the first Thursday of each month, starting at 7:30 pm. July is the only month in which we do not have Roundtable. We meet at First Christian Church, 319 West Laurel St. in Independence, KS.
