Wilderness First Aid will be 5-6 May at Camp Kanza. This
16 hour training certification is required for all High Adventure activites in remote areas (more than 30 minutes from EMS response). A member of each crew/patrol going to Philmont, Northern Tier, Sea Base and The Summit is required to have this certification. A current CPR/AED certification is a required pre-requisite and will be offered on Friday, 4 May at 6:30 pm. Training is open to all registered adults and youth, 14 years and First Class (1st Aid merit badge is recommended for youth).
