Day Camp, June 6,7,8, 2012.    High Plains Day Camp 2012  is a fun-filled, three-day camp for Cub Scouts of all ages. 
Each day will provide the opportunity for your Scouts to have a new experience, with memories that this year, will be Out of this World! This year’s theme is all about “Cubs in Space”! With energized activities such as building crafts, swimming, and the famous shooting sports (archery and BB gun), your Cub Scouts are guaranteed to have a Blast! Bear Essentials, 28 April.  Bring all your Bear Scouts to Frontier Land in Hayesville and help them prepare to transition into the Webelos program. Sign-in starts at 7:30am and a multitude of activities last until 4pm. Bring a sack lunch.  Cost is $8 for youth and $3 for adults.  CLICK HERE for information to register.  Questions? Philmont 2012 --Troop 405 has a Trek to Philmont Scout Ranch 20 July through 3 August, 2012 ...and a number of openings for interested youth.  Any interested scouts who will be 14 years old (or 13 and completed 8th grade) by 20 July 2012 are encouraged to contact Scoutmaster Rick Munn at 316-259-3305 (c) or 316-266-5645 (w), or email him at munnster33@yahoo.com.
