High Adventure Programs
Quivira Scout Ranch offers a variety of high adventure programs outside of the regular summer camp season. From Black Jack Trail to C.O.P.E., you can explore QSR from just about any angle.
Black Jack Trail
Black Jack Trail is a program rich in the tradition of Quivira Scout Ranch. This program includes a hike to some of the historic sights around the ranch, a service project and a special patch given at the completion of the trek.

Canoe Q
Similar to BJT, CanoeQ uses Lake Murray Gill to access the historic sights around the ranch. Crews will participate in round robin training sessions and perform a group service project.

C.O.P.E. or Corporate C.O.P.E.
Quivira Scout Ranch is home to one of the finest C.O.P.E. Courses in the midwest. The C.O.P.E. program can is available for individual troops or corporate groups. Contact the

Rock Climbing
One of the most beautiful areas on Quivira Scout Ranch, the Rock Climbing area is available for troop use year round. A Camp School certified Climbing Director is required. Contact the
